How fabulous is Tina Turner? She turns 70 next year and, despite her retirement from 'the business' in 2000, she's back and preparing for the launch of a world tour on October 1. And she doesn't take herself too seriously as you can see in this interview with Entertainment Tonight's Mark Steines.
